ProofDoc seals an existing file at registration. It can reveal later changes, but does not establish how the file was created or whether it was edited beforehand.
Let the evidence speak.
A blockchain timestamp provides independently verifiable evidence that this version of your file existed by the time it was registered. A matching hash confirms that the file you check is identical to the sealed version. This proves existence and file integrity; it does not by itself establish authorship or the truth of the content.

C2PA coming soon
C2PA Content Credentials can describe a file’s origin and editing history through signed provenance information. They do not by themselves prove that the content is true. ProofStack’s C2PA checks are coming soon.
A blockchain receipt. Your file stays yours.
Register a file’s cryptographic fingerprint on Base and keep a receipt for later verification. The receipt can be shared without sharing the original file. A hash does not identify its creator or prove the content is true; public blockchain records should not be treated as a guarantee of anonymity.
A blockchain receipt supports checking a file against a recorded fingerprint. It does not independently verify the truth of a scene, GPS data or an environmental claim.
