ProofStack BV (BE 1039.523.066) is responsible for this processing. We use your name, email, optional company and message to handle your request, based on your consent. Your message is sent to hello@proofstack.eu through our hosting and email services. Only authorised people handling your request may access it. Request correspondence is kept for up to one year after the last contact, unless a separate legal obligation requires retention. With your separate permission, your contact details may also be kept in our CRM for up to one year after the last contact. No newsletter subscription is created.

This form uses an essential session cookie for security and a temporary anti-abuse counter. It does not load analytics, advertising trackers, embedded maps or Google Calendar. Security counters expire after one hour; the form session expires after two hours of inactivity.

You can withdraw either permission at any time via hello@proofstack.eu. Refusing CRM storage does not affect our reply.
